DESCRIPTION:
The initial version of BTSM's community sword seen across branding and music videos. Initially created as a fanart cosplay item, the new version for BTSM was redesigned to disassemble for easier travel.
MODELING:
Modeled fully in Autodesk Inventor.
PRINT:
Until the final version this sword was always created with Overture PLA. Due to warping issues of PLA's heat tolerance (or lack thereof) the sword was later recreated as a mixture of Carbon Fiber PETG (Blade) and PETG (Everything else). Hardware was integrated into the model mid print for the assembly features.
Machines:
Early versions of the sword were created on an Ender 3 V2 and an Ender 3 V2 Neo Max. Late versions created on a Bambu A1.

The final was created to replace the 3rd and debuted at Church Dome
- A miniature metal version came out as official merch part of the Omen Collectors box in 2026.
- The shape of this sword comes from a screenshot of a very brief appearance of a sword asset that I'm confident only exists in the "Die a God" music video. The reasoning for this was its simplicity as this was the first large multi-piece print I ever designed. All new iterations featured designs that come from referencing the Omen show visuals.
